Today we went to Rocky Mountain National Park. We weren't able to hike because we had Bogey with us (dogs aren't allowed in the backcountry) so instead we drove the whole park from Estes Park to Grand Lake. The pass took us up to 12,000 feet and had the most amazing mountain views we've ever seen. On the way back Drew and I jumped out of the car to walk across a path in the alpine tundra. It was 42 degrees and we were wearing Chacos, but it was awesome to be up there. Words cannot describe and the pictures don't do it justice, but here they are.
This is Drew, and on a side note... Anne spent alot of money at REI that she hasn't blogged about. But on the upside, it was camping gear, and when we go homeless because we can't find jobs we'll be able to use the gear.Drew's fun fact:
